Zyrik 300 Tablet can be taken at any time of day, but it's best to take it at the same time each day to remember. It's usually prescribed once daily and should be taken after meals. If the dose exceeds 300 mg or if your stomach is upset, you can take it in divided doses as advised by your doctor.
If you start taking Zyrik 300 Tablet, you may initially experience more frequent or severe gout attacks. However, these attacks typically become shorter and less intense over time as your body adapts to the medication. This is because the gradual breakdown of uric acid crystals can cause fluctuations in blood uric acid levels, leading to increased attacks. To help manage these attacks, your doctor may recommend taking colchicine alongside Zyrik 300 Tablet.
It can take several months before you notice a significant reduction in gout attacks or feel the benefits of taking Zyrik 300 Tablet. Initially, you may experience more frequent attacks. Continue taking the medication even if you don't see immediate relief, and don't stop without consulting your doctor. Your doctor may prescribe additional medications to help manage initial attacks. It can take up to several years for your body to eliminate uric acid crystals.
