Zymaptin NT 100mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It works by decreasing the pain by stopping the movement of pain signals to the brain. The medicine combines Gabapentin, an alpha 2 delta ligand, and Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant. Gabapentin modulates calcium channel activity of the nerve cells, while Nortriptyline increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult your doctor for any side effects or interactions with other medications.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Zymaptin NT 100mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
