Children are more sensitive to toxicity than adults, so if this happens, it's crucial to seek medical attention immediately.
Before administering the drops, have your child clear their nose by blowing gently. Then, have them lie down and look up. Tilt their head back as far as comfortable, or if lying on a bed, keep the head over the side. Open the cap of the medicine container and apply the drops into each nostril without touching the nozzle to the nose. Replace the cap right after use, and clean and dry the nozzle before reusing it.
Call your child's doctor if they experience symptoms such as insomnia, dizziness, tremor, irregular heartbeat, or elevated blood pressure after using Zylix-P Nasal Drops.
Zylix-P Nasal Drops can interact with other medications. Inform your doctor about any other medicines your child is taking before starting Zylix-P Nasal Drops, and check with their doctor before giving any additional medication.
To help the mucus drain out, have your child lie on their back with a pillow. Avoid letting them sleep on their side, as it may increase congestion in one or both nostrils.
