Patients who are allergic to any of its components, ACE inhibitors, or ARBs should avoid using this medicine. It should not be used along with other antihypertensive medicines like ACE inhibitors or ARBs, and you should wait at least 36 hours before or after taking an ACE inhibitor medicine if unsure, consult your doctor.
Inform your doctor about all medical conditions, including liver or kidney disease, and a history of facial swelling (angioedema). Also, let them know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as any other medicines you are taking, such as potassium supplements, painkillers, blood pressure, or heart failure medicines.
