It may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly as long as it is required to get maximum benefits. Keep taking the medicine even if your symptoms disappear until you complete the dose.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Ztychest Cold Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Ztychest Cold Tablet is used to get relief from the symptoms of common cold. It can make you restless, so don't take it too close to bedtime. Do not take it with any other medicine containing (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first. Stick to simple meals and avoid fatty or spicy foods to avoid nausea after taking this medicine. Take plenty of fluids especially warm water, soup, etc. to feel better in common cold.
