Introduction

Zotide Delivery Device Pen is a pen designed by Cipla to administer injections to the thigh and abdomen for osteoporosis treatment. The recommended dose is 80 µl containing 20 mcg teriparatide to be administered once daily by subcutaneous injection. It should be administered initially in an environment in which the patient can assume a supine or sitting position if orthostatic hypotension should occur.
