Zolwing 10 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Melatonin and Zolpidem which work on your brain to make you feel relaxed and sleepy. Melatonin is a natural hormone which regulates the sleep-wake cycle and helps fall asleep. Zolpidem is a sedative which works by slowing activity of the nerve cells in the brain and helps sleep for longer. It is to be taken on an empty stomach, preferably just before bedtime. However, it is advised to take it at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the blood. You should never skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. This medicine should not be stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zolwing 10 Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
