Introduction

Zocon KZ Shampoo is a medicated shampoo that contains ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione as its active ingredients. It is designed to help remove dandruff and flakes from the scalp, and is beneficial for conditions such as dermatitis and dandruff. It is also used for conditions such as itching, flaking, and scaling of the scalp.

Moisten hair and scalp thoroughly with water, apply sufficient shampoo to produce enough lather, gently massage for 1 to 3 minutes, rinse hair and scalp thoroughly with water, and use twice a week for 4 weeks with 3 days gap in between or as directed by the physician.

The shampoo contains ketoconazole, an antifungal agent that inhibits the action of dandruff-causing fungus and reduces inflammation, and zinc pyrithione, an antiseborrheic agent that inhibits the synthesis of proteins required for the growth of fungus.
