Ziomi DX 10mg/10mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose depends on the condition and response to the medicine. You will be prescribed Ziomi DX 10mg/10mg Tablet to get relief from abdominal pain due to acidity. It is best to take Ziomi DX 10mg/10mg Tablet when the first sign of pain occurs. Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Ziomi DX 10mg/10mg Tablet. Incorporate the following lifestyle changes in order to prevent acidity: make sure you eat regular meals and drink plenty of water, avoid spicy and fatty fried food, lose weight if you are obese, consider giving up smoking, don't drink too much alcohol, and do not go to bed immediately after taking a meal.
