Zilsar CH 40mg/12.5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Azilsartan medoxomil and Chlorthalidone which lower blood pressure effectively. It works by relaxing blood vessels and removing extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zilsar CH 40mg/12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
