Zemcy-K2 Softgel Capsule is a medicine used in the treatment of calcium deficiency. It increases the levels of vitamin D in your blood which in turn raises calcium levels in the blood by helping in the absorption of more calcium. It also helps in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zemcy-K2 Softgel Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Zemcy-K2 Softgel Capsule is a combination of Calcitriol, Calcium Carbonate, and Vitamin K2-7. Calcitriol is the active form of Vitamin D. It raises Vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from your intestine. Calcium carbonate is a dietary supplement used when the amount of calcium taken in the diet is not enough. Vitamin K2-7 plays a central role in the metabolism of calcium, the main mineral found in your bones and teeth. Vitamin K2-7 activates the calcium-binding actions of two proteins: matrix GLA protein and osteocalcin, which help to build and maintain bone health.

Zemcy-K2 Softgel Capsule is used in the treatment of calcium deficiency. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or if you have ever had kidney stones. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like for bone disorders, antihypertensives, antibiotics, antacids, other calcium supplements, or medicines for heart disease. Inform your doctor if you are taking an iron supplement as the absorption rate might be affected. Include calcium-rich food in your diet like milk, cheese, yogurt, calcium-fortified soya milk, and green leafy vegetables like spinach.
