How it works
Zebet-S Lotion is a combination of two medicines: Clobetasol and Salicylic Acid. Clobetasol is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol into the skin.

Frequently asked questions
How to use Zebet-S Lotion?
Apply Zebet-S Lotion thinly and in sufficient quantity to cover the affected areas. Follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider or on the medicine label for the recommended application frequency (e.g., 2-3 times daily). Wash your hands after using Zebet-S Lotion, except when used for treating skin infections on the hands.
Can I stop using Zebet-S Lotion when my symptoms are relieved?
No, do not stop using Zebet-S Lotion and complete the full course of treatment, even if you feel better. Your symptoms may improve before the disease is completely treated.
What are the precautions that need to be taken while using Zebet-S Lotion?
Zebet-S Lotion should not be used on the face. Do not use the medication for longer than the advised period. Avoid applying a bandage or dressing over the treated area, as this will increase absorption and risk of side effects. This medicine should only be used by the patient, and never given to others even if their condition appears similar.
Will Zebet-S Lotion be more effective if taken more than prescribed?
No, Zebet-S Lotion will not be more effective if overused. Overusing the medicine can result in too much medicine being absorbed into the body, which may lead to thinning or weakening of the skin and other serious side effects. If you are experiencing increased severity of your symptoms, please consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
What are the instructions for storage and disposal of Zebet-S Lotion?
Store Zebet-S Lotion in its original container or packaging, tightly closed. Follow the storage recommendations on the label or packaging. Discard unused medicine as instructed. Do not consume, give to pets or other people.
