Introduction

Zandu Rhumayog Gold Tablet is an ayurvedic formulation that contains a combination of herbs and minerals, including suvarna bhasma, yograj guggul, maharasnadi quath, bang bhasma, nag bhasma, loh bhasma, and other herbs. This tablet has gold in micro-pulverised form, which accumulates the inflamed joints' synovial cells and facilitates immunomodulatory activity. It is indicated in cases of chronic and severe joint pain and helps alleviate progressing rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting PG synthesis in the body.

Loading therapy: 1-2 tablets twice daily for 15 days. Maintenance therapy: 1 tablet twice daily at weekly intervals or directed by the physician.

The tablet has gold in micro-pulverised form, which accumulates the inflamed joints' synovial cells and facilitates immunomodulatory activity, helping to alleviate progressing rheumatoid arthritis by inhibiting PG synthesis in the body.
