Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xytel H 40mg/12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Use of Xytel H 40mg/12.5mg Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe.

Additionally, limit your alcohol consumption as excessive drinking can lower blood pressure and cause side effects. Stay hydrated by drinking enough fluids during exercise and in hot weather.
