Introduction

Xynase 0.1% Nasal Spray should be used as advised by your doctor. It provides temporary relief from nasal congestion and should not be used more often or for longer than recommended. Blow your nose gently before use, keep one nostril closed while applying the medicine into the other, and sniff hard to ensure it reaches deep into the nose. Common side effects include burning sensation in the nose and throat, local irritation, nausea, headache, and dry nose. Consult your doctor if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid gland, glaucoma, or prostate enlargement. Seek advice before using this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. As you spray, breathe gently and keep the head upright. Repeat the same process for the other nostril.

Xynase 0.1% Nasal Spray is a nasal decongestant. It works by narrowing the small blood vessels in the inner surface of the nose, providing temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness.

Xynase 0.1% Nasal Spray works right away and each dose provides relief for up to 12 hours. Shake the bottle before using the medicine. Clean your nose thoroughly before using the medicine. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. Breathe out gently through your mouth and repeat the same process for the other nostril. Xynase 0.1% Nasal Spray can make nasal congestion worse if used for more than 7 days in a row (called rebound congestion). Avoid deep breathing as it will cause medication to go back to the throat and make it less effective. Do not share the bottle with anyone else to avoid spreading germs.
