Introduction
Xeroc AX Syrup is a medicine used to treat wet cough (cough with mucus) in children. It contains three active medicines: Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, and Terbutaline. Each ingredient plays a pivotal role in relieving symptoms. Ambroxol thins and loosens mucus, Guaifenesin decreases the stickiness of mucus, and Terbutaline relaxes and widens airway muscles. Xeroc AX Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is recommended to take it at a fixed time. The medicine may cause some common and temporary side effects, including excessive salivation, fatigue, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, irregular heartbeat, rash, tremors, and numbness or tingling sensation in the hands or feet. If your child experiences any worrisome episodes, consult your child's doctor right away.
Directions for Use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Xeroc AX Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Give your child plenty of fluids as it helps to thin and loosen the mucus accumulated in the lungs. Restrain your child from having caffeinated products and foods that are spicy and fried. All these can trigger coughing. Make your child gargle with warm saltwater. Ensure your child takes enough rest.
