Xafinact 100 Tablet is a medicine used to treat Parkinson's disease. It helps to provide better control of body movements and prevents excessive shaking and stiffness. It increases the concentration of a chemical in the brain called dopamine that plays a major role in movement control.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xafinact 100 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Talk to your doctor in case you develop hallucinations or other changes in your behavior. Do not stop taking Xafinact 100 Tablet without first talking to your doctor. Sudden stopping may cause confusion, stiff muscles and a high fever.
