X Tus D Syrup is a combination medicine used in the treatment of dry cough. It narrows the blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion. It also relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. X Tus D Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

X Tus D Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Menthol, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and Phenylpropanolamine which relieve dry cough. Menthol produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetic agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion.
X Tus D Syrup is prescribed to get relief from a dry cough. Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or asthma. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications Consult your doctor if you do not see any improvement and have a cough for more than 7 days.
