You have been prescribed Wormbase 400mg Tablet to treat a variety of parasitic worm infections. It can be harmful to an unborn baby. Do not take it during pregnancy. Use birth control measures to prevent pregnancy while taking Wormbase 400mg Tablet. Your doctor may monitor your blood counts and liver function before you start taking this medicine and regularly throughout your treatment.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Wormbase 400mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Wormbase 400mg Tablet is an antiparasitic medication. It works by keeping the worms from absorbing sugar (glucose) thereby depleting their energy level. This causes the worms to die and treats your infection.
