Introduction

Woodward's Gripe Water is a combination of dill seed oil and sarjikakshara that helps in easing stomach discomfort due to gas and other colic symptoms. It is also useful in providing relief during the teething period in newborns. The medicine does not contain any of the following – alcohol, gluten, starch, dairy products, wheat, yeast, artificial colours or flavours.

The recommended dosage is as follows: 0-1 month: 2.5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 3 times daily, 1-6 months: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 3 times daily, 6 months-1 year: 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) 3 times daily, 1 year and above: 10-15 ml (2-3 teaspoonfuls) 3 times daily or as directed by the healthcare professional.
