Wofer-XT Injection is given by slow infusion (drip) into a vein by your doctor or nurse. Your doctor will decide the dose you need and how many injections you should have to improve your anemia. It will also help to eat a well-balanced diet that has enough iron. Good sources of iron include pulses (dal), green leafy vegetables like spinach, beans, eggs, dry fruits, and non-vegetarian foods. The most common side effects include altered taste, hypertension (high blood pressure), nausea, and injection site reactions (such as pain, redness, and swelling).

Wofer-XT Injection is prescribed for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. It is given as a slow injection into veins or as drip under the supervision of a doctor. You may be asked for regular monitoring of iron level in blood while taking this medicine. It may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Inform your doctor if notice shortness of breath, swelling of face, low blood pressure, itching, or rash.
