Take it one hour before meal preferably in the morning It is fast-acting and starts working within 30 minutes If you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, take another dose Avoid heavy meals and sip water regularly while taking this medicine Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away
