Introduction
The effect of Voltido 100mcg/25mcg Rotacap may be noticeable after a few days but will only reach its maximum after a few weeks. This medicine must be used regularly for it to show its effect so take it even if you don't have any symptoms. If you stop taking it before the prescribed duration your asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) may worsen. It should not be used to relieve sudden asthma attacks. If an asthma attack occurs use your quick-relief inhaler (reliever). To get the most benefits from this medicine make sure you get your inhaler technique right; otherwise the medicine won’t work well.
Directions for Use
Rotacaps must not be swallowed. Check the label for directions before use. Place the capsule at the base of rotahaler not in the mouthpiece. Twist the mouthpiece completely until you hear a click and breathe in deeply through the mouthpiece. Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds. If some powder remains in the rotahaler repeat the process.

How it works
Voltido 100mcg/25mcg Rotacap is a combination of fluticasone furoate and vilanterol. Fluticasone furoate works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body which cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies. Vilanterol works by relaxing air passages in the lungs making breathing easier.
Quick Tips
Gargle with warm water after each inhalation to avoid any fungal infections in your mouth and throat. Do not open and close the cover unnecessarily as you will lose the medicine. Never breathe out into the mouthpiece. Take it at the same time every day to prevent asthma attacks. Do not swallow the Rotacaps. Only minuscule amounts of Voltido 100mcg/25mcg Rotacap may get absorbed into the bloodstream after inhalation. Hence serious side effects such as weight gain are unlikely.
