Introduction

Vog 0.2mg Tablet should be taken just before a meal. The dose and frequency will be decided by your doctor to control your blood sugar levels. Do not stop taking it suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it may increase your blood sugar levels and put you at risk of serious complications like kidney damage and blindness. This medicine is part of a treatment program that includes a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight reduction as advised by your doctor. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly while taking this medicine. Common side effects include flatulence, stomach pain, loss of appetite, constipation, and diarrhea. Consult your doctor if any side effects bother you or do not go away. This medicine does not cause hypoglycemia by itself but can do so when used with other diabetes medicines. Before taking it, inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems. Avoid excessive alcohol intake as it may increase the risk of hypoglycemia.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Vog 0.2mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Interacting Medicines

Vog 0.2mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine that inhibits intestinal enzymes responsible for breaking complex sugars into simple sugars like glucose, preventing a rapid rise in blood glucose levels after meals.

Used together with other diabetes medicines to control blood sugar and avoid long-term complications. Continue to exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet, and take your other diabetes medicines along with Vog 0.2mg Tablet. Lowers post-meal blood sugar levels, so it should be taken before meals. Side effects such as stomach pain, gas, and diarrhea may occur during the first few weeks but should improve with time.
