Frequently asked questions
What is Vitec 1500mcg Injection?
Vitec 1500mcg Injection contains Vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 plays an essential role in the body's production of red blood cells and maintaining a healthy nervous system. It also helps release energy from food and utilize vitamin B11 (folic acid).
Why can’t I get sufficient Vitamin B12 in my diet?
Vitamin B12 is obtained from sources such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. People who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet may have difficulty obtaining sufficient Vitamin B12 since it is not naturally found in fruits, vegetables, or grains. As a result, vegetarians and vegans may be at risk for vitamin B12 deficiency.
