Vitaresp M 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It is advised to have it 2 hours before exercise if you have exercise-induced asthma. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. It does not cure sudden breathing problems, so always carry a medicated inhaler with you.
