They are suitable for bedridden patients, patients admitted to the ICU during surgery, and other conditions causing pain and discomfort in the legs. These stockings provide graduated compression from the ankle to the knee, which helps to improve blood flow and prevent deep vein thrombosis.

To put on the stocking, follow these steps: Put on the applicator given in the box over the foot, slide the stocking up towards the knee, insert your hand in the stocking and hold the heel portion in your palm, reverse the stocking outward, slide the inverted stocking such that its heel portion fits your heel perfectly, and slowly start pulling up the stocking and make sure there are no creases.
