To put on the stocking, follow these steps: 1) Put on the applicator given in the box over the foot, 2) Slide the stocking up towards the knee, 3) Insert your hand in the stocking and hold the heel portion in your palm, 4) Reverse the stocking outward, 5) Slide the inverted stocking such that its heel portion fits your heel perfectly, 6) Slowly start pulling up the stocking and make sure there are no creases.
