Ventair 5mg Tablet is a leukotriene antagonist that works by blocking a chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms. It is used to prevent asthma attacks in children, ease breathing difficulties caused by strenuous physical activities, and treat seasonal allergies such as runny nose, sneezing, and itchy or watery eyes.
Ventair 5mg Tablet helps prevent asthma attacks. Never use it to stop an attack that has already started as the medicine may not work for such cases. Make sure you keep all other rescue medicines handy for your child in case of any respiratory distress.
