The scrub is made with a combination of Rubia Cardifolia, Withania Somnifera, Ocimum Gratissimum, Prunus Amygdalus, Juglans Regia, Citrus aurantium, Cinnamomum Camphora, Cicer arietinum, and Avena sativa.

Take required quantity, soak in milk for few minutes to make the paste, add little honey, gently rub in circular motions for few minutes on the wet area of any part of the body, let it dry then wash off with normal water.
