Vaxflox OR Oral Suspension Pineapple contains three medicines: Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, and Racecadotril. Together, these ingredients prove effective against diarrhea and dysentery. Racecadotril is an enkephalinase inhibitor that has anti-secretory effects, reducing the secretion of water and electrolytes from the intestine. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and causing infection.
