Vanfen Plus Tablet should be taken with food to prevent upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor. The most common side effects include nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, and diarrhea.

Vanfen Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve pain. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Ibuprofen.
Vanfen Plus Tablet is given to treat various painful conditions. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking it. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking this medicine. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
