Uniprogestin 250 Injection is administered only by or under the supervision of a doctor. It should be taken as your doctor advises. Your doctor will decide how much you need to take and for how much time. You should take this injection for as long as it is prescribed for you. The most common side effects of this medicine include local site reactions at the injection site, nausea, itching, diarrhea, and rash. If any of these bothers you, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. It may affect blood sugar levels, so monitor your blood sugar regularly. It is better to inform the doctor if you notice yellowing of eyes or skin, dark urine, or stomach pain while using this medicine.

Uniprogestin 250 Injection is a progestin (female hormone).
Used in pregnant women to help lower the risk of giving birth too early (preterm birth). It is only given to a woman who has had a preterm delivery in the past. It is not for use in women who are pregnant with more than one baby (twins, triplets, etc.). It may affect blood sugar levels. Monitor your blood sugar regularly. Uniprogestin 250 Injection is a progesterone hormone used to lower the risk of preterm delivery in pregnant women who have had previous preterm births.
The injection will be administered by a doctor or trained nurse, and the dose will be determined based on your specific medical condition.
If you miss a dose, consult with your doctor as soon as possible for guidance.
You should not receive this injection if you have: blood clots or other clotting disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure, liver problems (including tumors), breast cancer or hormone-sensitive cancers, unusual vaginal bleeding unrelated to pregnancy, or yellowing skin due to liver issues during pregnancy.
