Unilevo 500mg Tablet is an antibiotic prescribed for the treatment of various bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the action of a bacterial enzyme called DNA-gyrase, which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing them. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, nausea, and constipation, which are usually temporary. Diarrhea may also occur but should stop once the course is complete. It is important to take this medicine as advised by your doctor and complete the full course of treatment. Special care should be taken in people with kidney problems.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Unilevo 500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid taking it with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer, and ice cream.

Notify your doctor if you feel pain in your tendons, numbness, or tingling sensations.
