Uniaz T 80 Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It widens and relaxes the blood vessels, thereby lowering your blood pressure and reducing the workload of your heart. Controlling your blood pressure prevents future complications.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Uniaz T 80 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Uniaz T 80 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan and Azelnidipine. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a chemical that usually makes blood vessels tighter. This lowers the blood pressure, allowing the blood to flow more smoothly to different organs and the heart to pump more efficiently. Azelnidipine is a calcium channel blocker. It regulates the blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing the pressure on them, thereby making it easier for the heart to pump more blood throughout the body.

Monitor your blood pressure regularly after starting treatment with Uniaz T 80 Tablet and notify your doctor if it does not lower down.
