Introduction

Trueflex-D Tablet is best taken in an empty stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor. Some common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea, sleepiness, and loss of appetite. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trueflex-D Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

Alcohol Warning

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Trueflex-D Tablet.

Breastfeeding Warning

Trueflex-D Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Pregnancy Warning

Trueflex-D Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks.

Trueflex-D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Metaxalone. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Metaxalone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm. It relieves pain and improves the movement of muscles.
