Trivon Tablet is an antidepressant. Low levels of monoamines (chemical messenger) in the brain cause depression. Trivon Tablet increases the amount of monoamines by decreasing the activity of the enzyme (monoamine oxidase) that inhibits monoamines.
Do not stop your treatment abruptly without consulting your doctor as it might cause withdrawal symptoms such as dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, anxiety, etc. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other anti-depressants. Let your doctor know if you have a history of any medical illness.
