Triflame 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

Triflame 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is given to treat various painful conditions. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking it.
