As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and COX-2 inhibitor, it works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for pain and inflammation. While it may cause fewer stomach problems compared to other NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or Naproxen, it can still cause dizziness and fatigue. Patients should avoid driving or engaging in activities requiring concentration until they know how the medicine affects them. It is important to monitor blood pressure regularly, especially during the first two weeks of treatment. Patients with a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, liver, or kidney disease should inform their doctor. Long-term treatment may require regular blood tests to monitor liver function. Torimac 120 Tablet should not be taken during pregnancy, while planning to conceive, or during breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Torimac 120 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
