Torbitol AM 2.5mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines that help control high blood pressure and heart rate. It is used for heart-related chest pain (angina), abnormal heart rhythms, and chronic (long-term) heart failure. It is also used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Torbitol AM 2.5mg/25mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can cause sudden increase in your blood pressure. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy.
