Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day while taking Topinik 25mg Tablet. This can reduce the risk of kidney stones. Monitor your weight during treatment with this medicine as it can cause weight gain. Talk to your doctor if you notice sudden mood changes or develop suicidal thoughts. Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may increase the seizure frequency.

Serious side effects of Topinik 25mg Tablet are rare. Common serious side effects may include glaucoma (blurred vision, eye pain), kidney stones (sharp pain in your sides or lower back), and metabolic acidosis (tiredness, loss of appetite, irregular heartbeat). Other potential serious side effects include suicidal thoughts and insufficient sweating (some children taking Topinik 25mg Tablet may experience difficulty regulating body temperature in hot weather).

Weight loss is a potential side effect of Topinik 25mg Tablet, often due to decreased appetite. If you're concerned about your weight or need clarification, talk to your doctor for guidance.
