Topcef O 100mg/100mg Tablet is an antibiotic medicine that treats bacterial infections affecting the eyes, ears, nose, throat, lungs, skin, bone and joints, gastrointestinal tract, and urinary tract in children. It is also effective in treating typhoid fever. The medicine contains two antibiotics, Cefixime and Ofloxacin, which work together to stop the growth and spread of bacteria. It is important to complete the entire course of antibiotics to prevent resistance and recurrence of infection. Common side effects may include diarrhea, and it is advised to give the medicine with food to avoid an upset stomach.

Give this medicine with food to avoid an upset stomach. Ensure your child completes the entire course of antibiotics. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking this medicine.

Topcef O 100mg/100mg Tablet contains two antibiotics. Cefixime prevents the formation of the bacterial cell wall, while Ofloxacin interacts with the genetic material of bacteria, stopping their growth and spread.
