Introduction

Tolsum AP 100mg/325mg/150mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tolperisone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. It can be taken with or without food. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. This medicine should be taken at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tolsum AP 100mg/325mg/150mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tolsum AP 100mg/325mg/150mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tolperisone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol are pain relievers. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tolperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve movement of muscles.
