Introduction

Tisfer C is a multivitamin, multimineral preparation that contains selenium, vitamin E, vitamin B12, iron, folic acid, and zinc. The iron in the preparation is present in the form of carbonyl iron, a highly purified form of iron. It improves the general well-being by neutralizing free radicals such as reactive oxygen and nitrogen species, and fulfills iron deficiencies thereby improving oxygen in the blood and also helps in producing and maturing the red blood cells. It is also recommended for nutritional deficiency anemia during pregnancy.

Take one capsule two times a day after a healthy meal.
