Quick Tips
Timlol-PF Eye Drop helps lower high pressure in the eye and reduces the risk of vision loss. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Notify your doctor if you have lung or heart diseases as Timlol-PF Eye Drop may worsen these conditions. Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer. Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.

Frequently asked questions
What does Timlol-PF Eye Drop do?
Timlol-PF Eye Drop reduces intraocular pressure, which can help prevent damage to the optic nerve. The optic nerve is responsible for normal vision and excessive pressure in the eye can lead to blindness if not managed. Timlol-PF Eye Drop effectively controls ocular hypertension and certain types of glaucoma by reducing eye pressure.
How should I use Timlol-PF Eye Drop?
Timlol-PF Eye Drop is typically instilled once or twice daily at evenly spaced intervals until the pressure in the eye is controlled (about 4 weeks). After that, it can be instilled once a day or as prescribed by your doctor. It's important to follow your doctor’s instructions carefully and seek clarification if needed. Use Timlol-PF Eye Drop at the dosage and duration recommended by your physician.
Can I stop using Timlol-PF Eye Drop if I feel better now?
No, you should not discontinue using Timlol-PF Eye Drop without consulting your doctor. If you abruptly stop taking this medication, the pressure in your eyes may not be properly controlled, increasing the risk of vision loss.
When should I seek a doctor’s advice?
Consult your doctor immediately if you experience an eye infection, conjunctivitis (pink eye), or eyelid reaction. It's also important to inform your doctor if you have any eye injuries or underwent eye surgery. Discuss your continued use of Timlol-PF Eye Drop with your doctor.
Can I use Timlol-PF Eye Drop while wearing contact lenses?
No, you should remove your contact lenses before using Timlol-PF Eye Drop. You can reinsert the lens 15 minutes after applying Timlol-PF Eye Drop. If you experience persistent eye irritation, please consult your doctor.
