Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant that acts on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms. This medication helps improve muscle movement and provides relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Tifnim-MR Tablet is to be taken with food.
