Introduction
Tess CS Oral Gel is for local application only. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying it on the affected area. Please consult your doctor if your symptoms do not get better. It should not be taken by patients who are allergic to it or are less than 16 years of age. It should not be applied to open wounds. Burning sensation and application site reactions might be seen as side effects in some patients.
Directions for Use
Check the label for directions before use. Gently apply the gel to the affected area inside your mouth. Refrain from eating or drinking immediately after applying the gel.
How it works
Tess CS Oral Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that relieves mouth sores. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) in the mouth.

Tess CS Oral Gel is prescribed for the treatment of mouth ulcers. Avoid putting dentures or braces back in the mouth for half an hour after applying the gel in your mouth. Avoid eating and drinking immediately after applying Tess CS Oral Gel. Using a clean finger to massage the gel onto the sore area Do not smoke while using Tess CS Oral Gel as it might cause some side effects. Consult your doctor if your pain does not improve after using this medication for 7-14 days or if your symptoms get worse.
