Tesflo 0.4mg Tablet is an alpha-adrenergic antagonist used primarily for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It helps alleviate symptoms such as difficulty in passing urine but does not reduce the size of the prostate. The medication works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland, facilitating easier urine passage. While it provides symptomatic relief, it may cause side effects like dizziness or sleepiness. Patients are advised to consult their doctor for appropriate dosage and to discuss any pre-existing conditions, such as kidney or liver problems.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Tesflo 0.4mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tesflo 0.4mg Tablet is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This helps empty the bladder completely and reduces the need to pass urine frequently or urgently in BPH.

Tesflo 0.4mg Tablet helps in relieving the symptoms of enlarged prostate. It does not decrease the size of the prostate. Tesflo 0.4mg Tablet must be taken with food. You will feel better within hours or days of starting the treatment. Full effect is usually seen within 2 weeks. Tesflo 0.4mg Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. If you are scheduled to undergo an eye surgery due to cataract or glaucoma, inform your eye doctor about the usage of Tesflo 0.4mg Tablet. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems.
