How should Tero 1500mcg Injection be given?
Tero 1500mcg Injection can be administered intravenously (directly into the vein) or intramuscularly (into a muscle). The usual dose is 1 ampoule (0.5 mg of Tero 1500mcg Injection), which is given three times per week. After two months, 1 ampoule (0.5 mg of Tero 1500mcg Injection) is given every one to three months as part of ongoing maintenance therapy.
What precautions need to be taken while administering Tero 1500mcg Injection?
Do not inject at the same site each time. If there is intense pain during injection or if blood flows back into the syringe, remove the needle and re-insert at a different site.
