Tensfree 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alprazolam and Propranolol. It should be taken on an empty stomach, at the same time each day, and in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It has high habit-forming potential and should not be stopped suddenly. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine as it may reduce its effectiveness.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Tensfree 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

Tensfree 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is used for the treatment of anxiety. It can take a week or two after starting this treatment before the effect begins to build up, and 4-6 weeks before you feel the full benefit. Do not stop taking it after a week or two feeling it is not helping. Do not stop taking Tensfree 0.25mg/20mg Tablet unless your doctor tells you to do so. Stopping treatment suddenly can cause problems and your doctor will probably want you to reduce your dose gradually when this becomes necessary. Try to keep your regular appointments with your doctor.
